did you check under the documents tab and see if there is anything? sometimes they send that and there is no update and sometimes it takes few hours or days. if there are no new updates within few hours or days then it was sent by mistake

I had the same experience. Got an email yesterday and no update till now.

i don’t see any documents section in my account, I have just statuses in my account, may be the attorneys have the account.

@jones & bola, log in to your uscis accounts click on the documents part and your most likely going to see a file from uscis with the “update” that you both received

if your lawyer has the account access then ask them to do what I mentioned

@Bola I just checked with Emma and she said my card was sent to production, she said sometimes it takes little longer to update the status
