received RFE notice for I-130A incomplete
just last week I was notified that me and my spouse case I-130 needed additional evidence (RFE) and just today there was a notice in the mailbox. I am seeking clarification and specific instructions that the I-130A (spouse beneficiary) needs to done and if I have to submit documents along with it on behalf of my wife who she is currently overseas? RFE notice only states that she (my wife) completes and not required to sign since she is abroad. Any help will be greatly appreciated! P.S: USCIS also sends out G-28 form to fill out but I’ve never hired an attorney or lawyer throughout my case. Is that also required or not?

so your wife signed the i130 petition?

@yujeiry A no she never signed the forms because she isn’t here in the states but I am going to ask her to fill out and sign it.

@Jason Herr I am going to leave the G-28 form alone but sure I will have her do that and make sure there isn’t anything missing again on that form!

@Jason Herr yes completed I-130A is the only form that is stated on the notice.
