I-751 Received RFE after attending interview joint filing to waiver
Hello Everyone I received RFE today need to submit divorce decree by September 3rd week. my divorce not yet finalized. still in court of law what is the next steps if anyone in same position. Thank you

i had same situation my attorney send uscis request to give more time to finalized the divorce and after few days i got divorce decree

@S S How many days they gave you extension after you requested. my attorney saying that we will try to request if they will gives us ok. I don’t know what I can do

they didn't give any response but they wait for decree after that they update my status that they received RFE response

@R K 2 months it is really fast. I saw some cases after they pass interview first they update “ Interview cancelled, notice ordered “ and after approval
