Can you even file a waiver in the middle of the process, after an NOID? Don’t you have to apply for a new i485 once the current i485 gets denied in order for the waiver to get approved?

@mon c yes my I130 was already approved. Went to the interview was told he has to go through my old case that was not completed. I waited for 10 to file with my daughter. Then I got noid from them try to send as much information. but was still denied. I will be reapplying again

@Muhammad j Are you sure about that? Did your lawyer tell you to? Two of the lawyers that I consulted said - We will have to apply for a new i485
