Typically they are available within a couple of weeks.. You will have received a copy of your notices to your registered mailing addresses. You can also confirm from USCIS if they have received your application - thru EMMA or phone call..

maybe not EMMA but you can call them - just say info pass and then when you talk to an agent you can mention your name and details

Do you know if they receive it or it was really mail. Post office give a tracking number to check if it arrived at the center.

Ask you lawyer if they received it””””” but i would’ve ask the lawyer for the tracking number… You pay this lawyer so much sure he give you that information…..

@Miroslava Kurtova I mail my document on march 2 2022and i got a text on march 8 2022 from USCIS saying my case was received, with my receipt number in it.

dont stay calm..i have a friend who sent her application in 2020..she never got a receipt number and did not honestly know much about the process so she just stayed and waited..2022 she starts to get worried and calls and they said they never got her file..although ups says delivered..so call them and make sure they give u a receipt number..that is the only way you know your case is in their system..if not you have no case

@Miroslava Kurtova when did you send your documents? I sent mine in June 2022 I haven't received a receipt.

I sent an application in June it was received June 14 and filled, they only issued a receipt July 14 I was getting worried. I got the receipt and by the time it came it was 38 days since it was received . one of the cases even moved to fingerprints applied before I even get the receipt. your receipt is coming

I got mine after 108 days.
