Receipt missing
My EB2 NIW petition got approved on July 13, 2023. I filled out my DS260 on August 30,2023. My lawyer sent them the documents the same day but it’s been over a month and we haven’t received the receipt saying they got the documents. Is this normal? How long after the receipt do I get my DQ?
I’m starting to worry something is wrong

Mine took 17 days to DQ and I got this info through an inquiry form after I sent it asking if the documents were recieved. Good Luck 🫡

Mine took 21 days from receipt of the documents to DQ. I got an email to notify me. Use the NVC public inquiry to ask about your case.

@I C There is no receipt from NVC. The next communication is whether or not you are DQ.
