reason of my case denied
hello guys, finally I get the reason of the denied in my I-140 case, the officer in USCIS didnt pay attention to the word "Or" , the requirement of immigration of any nurse consider nclex pass in any state or CGFNS and he ignore "or" he think I must have both, and now my sponser by the attorney send motion of reconsediration with explanation of what happened, I hope they will response soon for approval, pray for me please.
seconed option to start new I-140 from zero with new PD, I hope first option to be done.

which one do you have if you don’t mind, do u have the NCLEX or the CGNFS.. a nurse here and my have been pending for 10 months now
