sorry to hear that..why was it denied? what was the reason?

when they ask for I864 (RFE). I attach with the form W2 for 3years without 1040 so they denied it.

file a motion to reconsider

when you file a new case, you’ll get a new case number but they will review your immigration history which include the denied case. I would suggest you getting all required documents this time with accuracy. you can simply use a checklist

you can also file motion to reconsider your old denied case

motion to reconsider if it’s USCIS error. but I forgot to add the right evidence so even Motion to reopen maybe it won’t work. so refile is a good idea

I’ve all my applications already. I’ll attach i864 from the beginning now with 1040 and all requirements. but I just was thinking about the refile what happened about old case number.

@ H A do you also reused the A number when refilled and there’s section that say have you ever been denied an immigrant visa at us embassy or us counsulate. what should you select Yes/No?

@HA I’m in the situation rn and I’m about to refile because I can’t appeal or file a motion.
