how many approved ?? you minus approved with your 69 line and you will get total of people front of you. if you got RFE. 30-90 days RFE

Alisa, it doesn't tell you when your case will be approved, but according to my experience the ranking % becomes lower over time. I interpret it as a signal that my case getting closer to the decision point.
