you need to have an online account with USCIS or NVC. lawfully is not the go to place.

@mike I had my interview last week and no outcome at all. their system is down and they don’t care to follow up. our cases are sitting on their faulty system. some people who got the same excuse I did have been waiting for a resolution of their case for 5 months. at this moment I have no hopes from USCIS

that is actually what the officer said to me at interview. he said they are changing to a digital system and at the moment is down. they can’t see our files at all so our cases are sitting there until that gets resolved. some people with that issue have already been waiting over 120 days. The system is faulty even they said it.
