@sien sien I agree it has been awhile since it moved. You are almost there, the current date is Jan 1st, 2015. Hopfully once the new fiscal year starts in October, it will move forward.

@sien sien Also, I was wondering if your I-130 was submitted while your parents were a green card holder or citizen? If we’re green card holder back then, because the F2B wait time can be shorter( current date Sep 22, 2015), it is possible to opt out of this. I believe is not that easy, but you may wait a bit longer and see, given that an option for you at all.

I don’t think your of date is current yet for adjustment think they are on Jan 2015

@Adam T My parent was a citizen while we sent i-130. At that time it says F1 is the first priority of the limited quota visas.. I don’t understand why it doesn’t move at all.. and I think at this stage opt out will slower my application. Anyway thanks for your information and advise. Bless you as well!

yes I’ve gotten my EAD and social I haven’t gotten my AP guessing they will approve the gc soon

they waived my interview so hope it stays so lol
