quick question guys!
I received request for evidence on my I485 does anybody have an idea of what kind of doc they request for under the i485? I haven't sent my medical examen anything else I believe I sent. Also the RFE goes under the 485 all the time or it can be under any case? please I need answers if you have an idea.

if you got an RFI for evidence, the evidence they requested for will be stated in the RFI. please, follow the instructions and do your due diligence to submit as much evidence as possible.

i got a RFE under my i485 for affidavit of support but since you haven’t sent your medical yet it maybe for that. but check your documents tab tomorrow and the letter should be there to tell you exactly what they need.

you were right @Mrs. Blair they asked me for medical and affidavit , how long did it take after u submitted for your work permit or green card? sorry I'm asking so many questions.

no problem at all with the questions but I’m still waiting on both work permit and green card as I only recently sent the response in last Friday 9/15
