Hi everyone, I tried to chat with AI last week about my approved combo card. Today I received an email and a message on mobile telling me that my inquiry has been received. Actucally i did not want to create an inquiry, I just wanted to ask AI if there was an update on my card production. In the email, it says in 72 hours they are going to give me information about my case. Do you guys think creating an inquiry is a problem?

I did an inquiry in January until today I haven't heard back from USCIS about anything so I don't think it's a problem but they might not respond
