Question regarding Perm and i140

Hi, my 6 years H1B is expiring in March 2027. I am with Company A who has placed me on administrative leave but has applied for perm. They have said they will file my i140 if it gets approved before my last day. I also have perm application from Company B which I have not been an employee but they have said they will apply for my i140 if perm is approved. can I go to company C before my i140 approval and then move my i140 to company C from anyone one of they Company above? #perm #i140
