How did you request the I485 form? Could you share with us please?

@Bill : ) I did from FOIA where you can request your i485 form.

@X G what was written exactly? just the phrase “Lawful permanent resident” with any date or not?

@bored ape if you see the I-485 form there is a line where it says “lawful permanent resident as of” on this specific line, I can saw a date written.

@X G I planned to do an FOIA just to see if they waived my interview but noticed they may apply charge based on the number of pages. Do you have to pay for your request?

@yogesh niroula it took me around 1 month.

@Just A Cat Waiting For GC if it is few pages then they don’t charge but if it is more than a usual pages. I think they have a certain fee for large number of pages.

check if your Travel history is wiped out! if Yes then they might have approved your i485 and will send you your card once it is current. btw, An officer during my interview also marked the case as approved as of interview date however my pd wasn’t current and I got CRP
