Question regarding CR1 visa case
Hello, I hope you're all doing well, and that all of your cases are processed urgently and successfully. I have a couple of questions for you all with which I would really appreciate your insights and feedback. My husband is a US citizen and also my petitioner for the CR1 visa. We have also been documentarily qualified. He has Major Depressive Disorder that hasn't yet been clinically confirmed, but we are certain as all of the DSM-5 symptoms have been met. On top of all of this, he was recently laid off from his job, as a result of which he's under even more terrible stress and duress. I have the following two questions: 1: on the basis of him not having a job at this time as well as lacking funds for financial support, can our case be cancelled? 2: would it be possible for our case to be expedited on these basis, so that I can go be with my husband during this difficult time?

1- NO... your case won't be canceled. You should look for a joint sponsor but he need to filed his own Affidavit of Support+ the Joint Sponsor's own. 2- It is possible... You just need to write a letter with proof of an approved Depressive Disorder statement from doctors.

in my opinion and base on the sources which I have seen , this reason could make some problems for your financial support, on the other hand, nvc put some tricks to deny the cases. for example, nvc mentiones you can indicate hardship financial conditions or psychological disorders to request for expedition, but in fact, they use these tricks to make problems for the case holders.
