Question on Jamaica police certificate
We're at the NVC stage and currently waiting for my husband's police certificate. About 10 years ago my husband was arrested and charged with a crime but was found not guilty. Will this show up on his police certificate if he was found not guilty? Wondering if we'll need to get documentation from the court or not showing the not guilty verdict.

just get a police report of the incident explaining what happened and the out come of the case , that’s what I did

@mr man the police certificate came back showing no arrests or convictions and the courts apparently cannot locate the file, but he was definitely arrested and tried in court. any ideas of what we can do?
