@kimmy kim. Normally you have to be in marriage for at least 2 years before filling for VAWA. But I will advise you to talk to an Immigration Attorney, because your case has good evidence of abuse

@SAM GEM stop giving wrong information if you don't know. @kimmy kim you do not need to be married for 2 years before filing for VAWA. If you divorce after 2 years anniversary of divorce date you can't file vawa anymore.

Sam gem you’re wrong you don’t have to be in a marriage for 2 years to file for vawa and yes kimmy Kim you have a case but you must have material evidence , police reports , pictures, recordings etc

police reports are not necessary. neither are photos and recordings. it’s helpful if you have those things but your personal statement and witness statements carry a lot of weight in VAWA cases

but I move out February with my kid I’m staying by my sister for they time I speak to a immigration lawyer they said yes I can file Wawa case because I have prove of being abused and going true hardship

does they question you a lot for that’s case when at interview because I will be emotional I don’t like speak about they part concern my husband being abusing us

I live with him 4 years and only a few moths now I move out with my kids we didn’t divorce
