Type find my congressman into Google then put in the correct info that is requested. When you go to the congressman website choose USCIS as the agency to contact. Fill out the necessary form and also state what is it you want the congressman to help you with.

submit a service request with uscis first that what I did and aprove 15 days after the requested was completed
