@Dez 21 did they tell you why it was denied and if so what was the reason because that’s what you gonna use to appeal.

dude im so sorry for your denial i hope you are doing okay but denial was because of marriage in your country or something else? what i know they said better to fill up everything again then appeal but not sure

@Dez 21 hi! Like everyone else said, did you receive official denial notice? Deepends on why they denied you. You can always appeal as long as you have enough of evidence

hey everyone, yes I received the denial notice andi got a new lawyer that's already working on my case and said is a minor reason, I'm just curious to know how long it takes get a response

@Dez 21 look for previous posts in the app by searching denied. there is one post says waited 1 year or less after appeal to get the approval. keep positive you are next for approval. please group help

@Dez 21 i am sorry to hear that. I guess they had to deny your EAD renewal if everything else was denied as well. I really hope that someone will help you and explain how this appeal process goes and please, try asking community on facebook. They might help as well

@Mrkvica M. thanks buddy, my new lawyer seems to know what she is doing, people with the same experience said it takes within 6 - 1 year but I also say people with exact same case that got approved within 2 months, I was only denied cus of some inconsistencies on my affidavit about good faith marriage, hopefully I win the case. keeping my fingers crossed 🤞. thanks again for your words of encouragement

@Dez 21 I filed appeal on my 485. It was approved after 10 months.
