for US citizen spouse it takes around 345 to 370 days from the day of submissiion of i130 and For the spouse of LPR ,, mean permnant res taking 24 to 35 months ,, i m spuse of a US citizen the estmited time wass 11.5 months its been 7 months already , hope for the best

after approvel of i130 they transfer the case to NVC and they start processing it again there is no linite of visa availblty for a spouse of us citixen its take 2 to 3 months for sch interview and for LPR some time its takes years

@mahrukh farooqi i apply for tourist visit 5 months ago as well and i got interview date 6 december it maybe bcuz if the afghanis waiting for travel to the US in pakistan

@mahrukh farooqi as of now ...... waiting time is around 20 months after DQ for IR category of Islamabad

DQ till 10th November 2021 got IL in July 2023 and interview date is September 2023

If your I-130 still pending then check your service center time and add approx 4 months in that as well because it's 80% case time
