@Omar X you're lucky at least your I-130 is approved. was your RFE for medical?

@jet blue yeah the RFE was for my medical, it’s crazy because uscis has had my medical since Dec 16th, 2021 just to let it expire just to send me an RFE in July have me take another medical

@Omar X same here, we sent my medical with my I-485 and now it's expired, but I still have not gotten an RFE 🤬

@jet blue more than likely they gonna send you an RFE for your medical. It’s so frustrating dealing with uscis. I hope we all get approved soon, the waiting & not knowing is agonizing

yes, I did through congressman and they responded that my case is under further review by a supervisor. it is like a generic response. the processing time now in Salt Lake City is 34.5 months.
