I think the 95% reflects both ready to be scheduled and those actually scheduled.

@Davidson, the data in the lawfully app is just their statistics based on the number of people who are using the app. If your USCIS case status is saying your interview is scheduled since August, I would suggest you call USCIS and check to see if the actually mailed out the notice. I was in a similar waiting situation and they actually mailed the notice to the wrong address unbeknownst to me. So I missed the interview, ended up in removal proceedings and it’s been just chaos since.

@a b: No the status did not change on the app. The last update was “Case Transferred to your local office”. Sometimes the officers make changes and don’t update it online. I actually spoke with a phone agent at the time and was told that the case was scheduled for interview and to just wait for the letter. But I never got it.
