Nebraska .. PD 6/5/2022… 13 months now and NOTHING!! USC filing for Spouse!! If doesn’t make sense to me how they approve I-130s that were filed after and the worst part they approve ones for LPRs filing for spouse who don’t even have an immigrant visa number AVAILABLE for them now!! why waste USCIS resources on cases that aren’t available now and keep USC waiting for a basic human and constitutional right to have their spouses with them!!

@Ray M today i looked at someone from nebraska who was approved, his process started in february of this year and i thought, why am i still waiting since September???😔😭
