go onto the USCIS website and click on ask Emma (you may have to scroll down a little bit for it to pop up). type “live agent” and click on green card or whatever and then click live agent a few times. you will be put in a queue for a representative. I don’t think they work on Saturdays. make sure to ask specific questions. “what is the location of my case” or “when was my case transferred to a field office” google how to do an infopass appointment but I’m not sure they give these out without a reason

im the spouse of usc we are waiting for i130 approval since 2019 till today we have tried each and everything nothing worked so now we decided to make physical appointment to get answer of thier unfairness

call their number, when computer ask receipt or A number, say "I don't have " in last computer will ask ..how I can help u, say " infopass " then computer will connect with live agent.
