I have received the same response and interestingly, this has been going on since months (March) and depending on which month it is, the month in the date changes but the day remains the same.

the last time I checked on my case, the agent told me that they do not have access to when it was last reviewed 🤔

they also said cases are reviewed everyday so its nothing to be alarmed about.

I don’t like chatting with agents on Emma they seem so rehearsed and robotic I call them it’s good to speak to a live voice, they maybe fed up of me🤦🏽‍♀️😅

When I see how often everyone is contacting them it’s no wonder no one gets any work done at USCIS…

I got the same response but mine was reviewed 07/25/2023. I then checked on my account nothing has changed. They told me my case was transferred to Denver Fo on 07/10/2023 though and it's not my local FO I guess it was just a quick look at my case since it was just recently arrived to their office.

yes and after 2 weeks I get approved

I swear those life agent are useless just some random fellas on the street there to give u next to nth info about your case

@maria figueroa just call the contact number and say Live agent, and answer the questions asked then you’ll be connected. It’s a customer service line that’s what they are there for they communicate with the officer on your case on your behalf. you even get a request to do a survey after, they welcome your calls and want feedback on your experience.
