Hello everyone,
please I have a question. I got my 10 years green in September this year after I did my marriage based interview since last year May. The case was stuck on interview is completed and my case must be reviewed for more than a year. when do you think I can file for naturalization N 400 because I did my marriage in 2020 and the marriage is going to be 3 years soon. is it when I have the green card for 3 years or when the Marriage is 3 years?

3 years since obtaining green card and 2 years marriage

Green card in hand for 3 years. The card should have the date on it, count three years from that date

3 years after your 10 years green card 2025 if u still with you wife . if you divorce your wife it will be 5 years 2027 you can file citizenship

you can apply for ur n400 at 2 years and 9 months to the date you obtained your conditional green card as long as you are still together with your partner.

guys it’s actually 2 years and 9 months you can apply at for your n400 after having a 2 year conditional green card if ur still together. By the time your interview comes around, you will have completed the residency requirements quite easily. Why lose out on the 3 months processing time?

May I ask u which month of 2020 did you get married? By the way u can apply for citizenship in June 2025 if you're still married.
