At this time your application is currently located at the National Benefit Center, as of today. Cases are transferred at the officers discretion. We do not have access to when your cases are transferred.
You will receive a transfer notice via mail if your case gets moved detailing the new processing time for your application. At this time your interview has been waived. I do not have access to when your case is reviewed. There is nothing needed from you at this time. Continue to wait for the officer assigned to your case to finish processing your application. Every Case is assigned to an officer when received by USCIS. Each case is unique and some might take longer than others. We appreciate your patience at this time. Please note that processing times are estimates and are not a guarantee that applications will be processed within a specific timeframe. Individual processing times vary. Once further action is taken, notice will be sent to the address of record. We assure you that we are working to complete the adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow.
