from someone: my mom it’s a green card holder (permanent residence) she want to know if she can bring here (marred son with his wife and 2 kids) from iraq. also she want to know how long does it take roughly for whole process.

usually 77.5 month to 110 months as far as I know

Unfortunately she won’t be able to file for her married son till she becomes a citizen. If he was unmarried, yes she can. The category to apply under is F3.
The same thing happens when filing for parents. You won’t be able doing that till you become a citizen.
