@Patiently Waiting I think you’re close. I saw someone else that said they got approved when their 130 was at 14 months. I had gotten a change to 14 months and then back down to 6 months somewhere around when my case moved to a field office.

It's been 2 years for me too omg

6 years here😬i didnt expect this long time wait for AOS.. i had been already waiting for employement based for 2.5 years almost. Emma told me that my interview has been waived on 1/30/24 which is 5 days after my filing date. I485 progress tab shows attend interview if necessary and 5 months. i dont believe this. it wont take that long time
