November gonna give me a 1year since I send my I-485 do you 3 months ago they received my referral for medical do you think they can keep this case for more than a 1 year cause I heard medical is the last step when. they ask you right thank you to help me

i sent my medical and it took 3 months to get updated "received "online status
and now im waiting like 4 months already

my i 485 has been in system since 2019.
