I agreed with that, USCIS has no focus on others worker. doesn’t like to give more chances to people getting GC by unskilled catagory by easiest way.

it is not about logic but making this eb-3 unskilled unpopular . they are intentionally doing it to make people suffer and forget about getting a green card though this process
