Question : I360 : VAWA
Has anyone remained outside the United States while their I-360 petition was being processed? If so, what happens after the I-360 is approved? Will they need to attend an interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in their home country? #VAWA #I360

unless you filed outside of the State, remaining outside country considering abandon your application

@Maria meza No that does not mean the application has been abandoned, adjustment of status will be abandoned if filed together but i360 remains under processing and you will go through consular processing for an immigrant visa when approved
