you can upload unsolicited evidence for the 130 but the fact that you guys have 2 kids together I think that’s enough. wishing you good luck. this process ain’t for the weak.

as long as you submitted i-130a and filed I-130 properly, you should just wait and hopefully it'll be approved soon

you can get contact with your consular by email. I have read about that in many people’s stories they did and got a decision a few days later

If it's a consular processing, USCIS takes over 400 days. You are from October and they are approving cases from June right now so you have to wait a few more months

yes at @Pedro P two separate forms if your wife is petitioning for you the spouse

they can delay it if you don't send in I-130a

no fee for it, you can fill it out on your own. every form can technically be filled out on your own
