query on I-140 approval and L1A extension
My I 140 has been filed last month and my L1A extension is due June 2024.. is there any advantage in processing i140 in premium?? based on the trendI 485 cannot be filled anytime soon. please guide me on this

it’s always better to have an approved 140 in hand and you / employer ready to spend $2.5k I think it gives you a small peace of mind

If employer is ready to pay 2.5k then why not! Also it depends on how strong your case is.

Thanks for the response.. I'm hearing that premium processing may increase the risk of getting RFE..I'm super confused now

premium processing has nothing to do with RFE.. and you get deviation within 15 days..

meantime you can go for recapture for max out date … if proccessing center is Texas it’s taking min 8-10 months to know the I-140 status
