look at the stats in the app … 2398 cases have been approved so far this month (~1187 cases more than this time last month) i’ve never seen +2k approvals in a month (and we have 1 more week left in january)

my filing date was December 2020 still no approval it’s been over 50 months I don’t know how long more just only 2 prima facie and EAD

@W A ask your local congressman to expedite the process because it’s outside of the span of the processing time

sometimes it can go against case if you poke them through congressman or senator

I already waited over 50 months now ! let’s see ! I don’t even know under trump administration how are they going to keep up with high approval rate

@W A I’ve asked my congresswoman to check for me she just inquired about what’s going on with my case and I’ve got prima facie a month later, idk if that is related or no, and I only applied 7 months ago

I believe they try to process all they had before the new government came in place. I got my EAD approval and SSN card the same day!

@W A PF are either 6 months or 1 year and are generally auto-renewed - curious to know why your lawyer says its taking longer than usual ..

I submitted my 2nd rfe oct 2022

and I send my EAD renewal last week because my EAD is expiring on sep 2025

I have been paying attention to that, they are so many approvals, I’m really hoping that everyone gets it. you guys deserves it
