contact opla for unopposed motion to terminate or motion to terminate based on your approved I-130. I don’t understand why did you apply pd when u have approved I-130 , you can adjust status also with judge .

yeah but his court is 2023 he probably was waiting for years for his court date.

doesn’t matter when is his court , they terminate it based on approved I-130 . or he can file 485 with court it is faster.

how is the court faster? there is a backlog going where they are scheduling applicants within 2 or 3 years for a final court date? how ?

I did myself . you need to file a good motion.

how long it take to get a respond from them after filing?

depends on the court and judge

sam sam or anyone ! it’s been over six (6) months my lawyer applied for PD and up till now I have not heard back. my lawyer kept saying there is a lot of people and backlogs but to my surprise am seeing people saying they get answer and respond within couple of weeks. pls I need advice on what to do pls . I will really appreciate

wanderer : nope. filed 2 times, e service + e-mail, nothing. been 5 months. Boston opla is the worst. they don’t answer phone and e-mail

Thanks for the update @ms domino I also filed mine through the e-service but have not heard anything from them. I have a master hearing coming up soon, I am praying they dismiss all our cases.

@sam Sam is there any advice for we have an I-130 approved and have and removal procceding we sent an joint motion request to ICE but didnt joint the motion after that we sent to the court and the judge granted the motion and put me on a master calendar hearing but denied the to dismiss the case and says the my lawyer and DHS have to diamiss the case what should i do?

you can adjust status directly with judge.

ah ok dont know why my lawyer recomends to do it with uscis

if judge not terminated your case , you cannot do it with uscis.

I haven’t yet received a call from USCIS. I ended up mailing the termination letter to my field office and uploaded it to my account.

I just received a notification for request for initial evidence for my I-130 form. I am still waiting for the letter.

Yes, you absolutely can. I mailed the letter to my field office and also uploaded it to my account.

Yes, I think so. The good news is that they can reopen your case and make a decision on it as you already had your interview.
