where did you find processing time dear?
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@helloworld world not true but that’s what it’s starting to look like now
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@pooja fnu uscis website
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023

@DoIt ForMe been waiting 13 months now and I’m a citizen.. seems it’s gonna take me another year.. already lost hope
Kariño NiceMay 4, 2023
I think it had to be a mistake, the second to approve soon is now the second to last longer
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@helloworld world just told my husband I’m losing hope. I don’t mind 2 years because I don’t want to go through this process to remove conditions for him again. but I would think we’d past uscis and be at nvc by now. I rather wait at nvc than uscis
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@Kariño Nice like it was 20 months for the longest then went to 17 months and then now it’s 27.5 smh and they claim it should be getting better. they approving everybody case there but the ones they already have. even California faster now
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@Kariño Nice earliest I can submit a request is April 2025. that’s ridiculous;like we don’t need our spouses/children too
Kariño NiceMay 4, 2023
On Tuesday I saw an email that said that the page would be under maintenance on Wednesday and Thursday and that maintenance was to screw us. So much that they talk about family reunification and increased rates and it is only delayed, because there is no pandemic and they do this

my FO shows 80% of the cases are approved in 16.5 months and I am right now at 18.5 months. don't know how to enquire as they say it's still in normal processing time
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
they are saying everything in normal processing time @hiral p
DoIt ForMeMay 4, 2023
@Kariño Nice the agent said processing time updates every month but that’s not true but it wasn’t updated for the longest until last month when the time went down

I guess they are processing when a visa is available (the visa bullet moves)Notes USCIS service centers are now prioritizing the processing of Form I-130 preference petitions for which an the Department of State Visa Bulletin shows that an immigrant visa is available. The visa bulletin, published monthly, lists available immigrant visas by priority date. USCIS uses the visa bulletin to determine the current visa categories and priority dates before processing a Form I-130 preference petition. Service centers have prioritized our adjudication efforts so that we can focus on those cases that have visas available.
