i had a error in printing Greencard. now its been 3 months no response. i think uscis forgot that there is a i90 form too. all they do is mental torture

@a kn officially no, current processing time for I90 is 14 months and we can't make official inquiry. I used to chat with Live agent without results in the past, but now I can't even get throught Emma to chat with Live person

@a kn Basically no, I don't know. That is field office, which has task to check your records and stamp passport. It was very fast for me

I read online that we need to submit our green card with i-90 for the printing mistake. If so, then when we go for stamping we will not have green card with us. Can someone confirm what documents we need for stamping? how long it takes?

i submitted i90 online. then via Emma arranged stamping appointment, and they took away gc during stamping

it was a mistake from uscis so why i have to wait for the mistake. its not a renewal its error from uscis

@a kn, status is "case was received and a receipt notice was sent" I submitted I90 online, and confirmation was issued on the next day, and camy by mail 1 or 2 weeks later I don't think its normal not to receive a confirmation. Did you chat with Emma?

@a kn in the past you could get to a real agent through emma uscis chat. By typing "Customer Service", then "Techical support", then "Connect to Live Agent" I don't know if this pass still works, but there should be way to get connected to someone

i called them and they said there is no confirmation from uscis when you send greencard in mail. is your i90 still pending though?

oh, i thought you did not get receipt of i90, sorry. Yes, there is no conformation for green card being returned (I askes uscis about this in the past too) I90 still pending

i got the i90 confirmation mail i was just confirming about greencard confirmation mail. of thats such a relief I thought my documents didnt reach uscis lol. well best of luck to you i hope you hear good news this week.

@a kn wow! congratulatins! please, share your advise, specifically your appeal to a congressman. Was it more a complaininig tone, or you showed the neccessity to get the card asap?

in my case uscis did an error thats why it was approved. its was Offcourse a compalin through congressman
