processing time for I-730
hey !I would like to ask if anyone has filled I730 petition for relative…it been 30months now and still my husband’s petition is not approved! I filled it April 2019.plz would like to hear from others

basically mean to threaten them to make a decision on you case or you will file a lawsuit against them or you actually file a lawsuit against them in court so the judge can order them to make a decision on your case. you will need a lawyer to do it for you
