TSC is a mess. Although I do see many movements/approvals from TSC yesterday and today. Hopefully, It will keep going like that. EAD/AP application received on June 28, 2021. Still waiting on approval.

how do you see the approvals, you keep following updates here thru posts and comments?
S
Sassy AMar 1, 2022
Yeah. I checked often when I'm free just to see the trends.

Seeing the approvals from TSC gives some kind of hope. This center is moving so slow.

I got my ead approved, I am a Dec 2020 filler. It is about 15 months wait time for TSC, unfortunately. They are still going through Nov-Dec 2020 cases. Prepare for a long wait.

Per the website, they are in January 2021 for EAD pending AOS (c)(9). However, I’ve seen people from all the way to the end of last year and even January and February 2022 being approved.

you mean Jan and Feb 2021?

I’ve been waiting since Dec 2020, and my daughter got approval today (first in our family). Although we all applied the same day, Texas likes to go random. Mostly they are approving Nov-Dec 2020, but they also approve random applications from 2021 too ( so stat’s doesn’t look bad). I saw last week approvals for August 2021 and then Dec 2021 and January 2022 (not expedited). Who knows, maybe you will be lucky and get approval soon.

@Luana: nope, I mean Jan and Feb 2022 as @Dana said.

but are we talking about employment based cases or marriage based?
S
Sassy AMar 1, 2022
it only says based on a pending AOS (c)(9). My app is EB.

got it. when did u have your biometrics?
S
Sassy AMar 2, 2022
They’ve been applying our previously captured biometrics for the last couple of years. They haven’t even done that in this last case.

@Dana, congratulations!

Sassy J, don’t trust the processing time page on USCIS website, it’s just a rough estimate. Accent on the rough estimate. There is a Chinese group on telegram that publishes daily data analysis of USCIS progress. TSC is working on Nov-Dec 2020 EAD cases. At this moment it can take up to 15 months to receive an EAD from TSC. Prepare for a long wait, unfortunately.
S
Sassy AMar 2, 2022
@Uros: Even that is not accurate; otherwise why do I see September 21 to February 22 filers getting approved while cases such as ours from June 21 haven’t been touched? They are the only one who know how do they prioritize these cases. We won’t ever know. .
L
L NMar 2, 2022
it changes if you are employment based, marriage based or refugee, that’s why the processing cases might be different
S
Sassy AMar 2, 2022
@Luana: for the EAD it doesn’t specify EB or family based. It only says based on pending AOS C9.

Sassy J they were probably expedites (healthcare workers, urgent humanitarian reasons) or renewals. The bulk of work is concentrated on clearing the Nov-Dec 2020 EAD cases at TSC.
S
Sassy AMar 2, 2022
Not necessarily. Usually people here ask if there was any expedite request when a case is approved. I have been following pretty much all the expedite requests that I could notice since I am in the process also so I didn’t count those.

@Uros Jovanovic, do you have any information about National Benefits center? Which months are they processing now?
U

I don’t have that info, but here is the link to a Chinese group on Telegram, they publish data daily. https://t.me/GreenCardUpdates
