that's a really long wait.. An approval could take between 10-20 years.. And currently NSC is at June 2008

don’t want to discourage u sweetie but siblings are no a priority so it may take 10-25 years….. I saw a case from 1995 still haven’t been approved as yet an approval isn’t the final stage so after that u still have more waiting

yes i had a case like that..my brother filed for me in 2013..got approved in August 2020 but have to wait over 6 years more so that my priority date is current. Thank God my husband got his gc and filed for me. i have not gotten approved yet but at least the wait is much shorter
