Is the welcome letter the one with the invoice and case numbers?

What error are you getting?

“Server error in ‘/‘ application The resource cannot be found” the it gives description and requested url.

@San san I got brief breakthrough when I used my phone instead… I also used my mobile hotspot and that worked for a little while. I paid one on my laptop and the other on my phone. it’s very frustrating for a federal government website… even after making the payments I didn’t get anything that said that payments were made so I’m still hoping they went through.

I just made the payments… I got payment receipt this time. The site is on and off… you just have to keep trying. Make sure pop-up is enabled on the website. Good luck.
