@Q U I believe you have to wait until your abuse spouse become citizen and from that time your application will be processed , but still you can talk to your Attorney regarding this matter . good luck

guys I don’t really understand what this priority date is after vawa is approved. do someone have to wait again for priority to be current before i485 will be approved.

@MWVawa2023 D @Kay Kay yes, after Vawa is approved you need to wait for the priority date to be current and then they will process the i485. if your spouse is a citizen then you don’t need to worry about Priority date.
