This is what they sent in their email regard my service request. So far I didn’t receive any notice or decision yet. “Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.”

@Mil L how long it took you to get the email response back ? Also , while sending service request, did you select the transfered location(National benefits center ) or the original receipt location?

I've already sent 2 and these are always the responses: USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time.

the first one answered me the next day, and the second one took 9 days to give the answer. I left it as original receipt location.

It took 3 weeks to receive their email. My case was transferred to NBC on Sept 2022 and it have been there ever since. I selected the transfer location.
