Primary GC Approved, Dependent Not
I am the Primary Applicant and my I485 got approved within 2 months of submitting USCIS RFE documentations. However still waiting on my spouse’s approval and it’s going to be close to 4 months now. We submitted the RFE docs to USCIS at the same time. A month back we also submitted a Service Request to USCIS for my spouse’s I485 application, and we still haven’t heard back anything from them. Can anyone please help us out on what we need to do in this kind of a situation?
