Primary approved, Depends Pending for 6 months
Primary was approved in early september. All pd’s are still current, but both dependents are still pending. We cannot open an inquiry as processing times are still normal. However, it’s getting us worried that’s been more than six months since primary approval. (dependents are a daughter and wife)

Hi issbella, I am in a similar situation. The primary has been approved 4 months ago with current PD. I am still pending. My case is at local FO. Do you know where your case is?

@June zz all the cases were separated even though we filed everything together and had all the appointments together. we all live in florida but primary’s case was so approved in san diego. When this happened my mom case and mine were transferred to san diego as well but that was back in late september, early october. I’m afraid that now that primary is approved they’re gonna take forever to approve us

I am in a similar situation. My husband (primary applicant) and our son received AP and EAD approval two weeks ago. I am still waiting (derivative applicant - wife).
