Prima facia on the surface means your case on the surface has met all the requirements for the VAWA no doubt about it. This was clearly written on the prim facia letter. But those who doesn’t get PF doesn’t mean they will not get approved. You can use PF to avail public benefits like useful for students or any sick or poor for medicines etc
