Prima Facie question
Hi all, I was wondering how long it takes to receive the first Prima Facie. I filed my whole VAWA process (i795 / i485 / i360 / i131 last May, got my receipts and also the information that it has been transferred to Vermont last August/23 and still no updates. Can you please share after how long you guys received yours (specially if you filed in 2023 please <3 ) Thank you!!

filled in June 2023, received the receipts and transfer notices in august, nothing since then

Hey guys I filled i360 in Feb recieved receipt n transfer notice in April, biometrics In July, rfe in Sep, responded back n it was received yesterday. Case was updated to rfe respond received

i filled my wava end of april 2023 and received my prima facie last week

this is a good timelines, i filed in june 2023 so i expect my prima facie by month of december

@skylar, yes, it says on the receipts that the applications were transffered to vermont.
