prima facie
I filed my vawa and received my receipt in sep 2023 and I received my ead and travel doc but stilll I did not receive my prima facie is this ok can someone share your thoughts please

I’ve filed the same year as you but I file July 2023 and got my EAD card only in February 2024. I did only receive one prime facie which was to allow me to get public benefits.
the last update I saw on my vawa was only received since July 2023.
only thing updated was I485 to state that fingerprints were added in February 2024.
no other update

I always got a new prima facie before the expiration of the current one. idk how many I had so far. this time nothing. I asked here a few weeks ago and everyone said it is ok.

I have a question. After I refiled my denied VAWA I got 5 years ead and advance parole combo card. I also received prima facie. it’s been 10 months since I refiled. please could anyone throw some light 💡 what will be the outcome and when should I hear a good news for VAWA approval. my first VAWA application was filed in late 2018. It’s been so frustrating wait since then. thanks
